The Clemency Review Commission was established on July 1, 2024, and is working to increase the capacity of Minnesota to process and make decisions on clemency applications. What does increased clemency mean and how does the new process work?

Please join Clemency Review Commission Chair Zach Lindstrom and Executive Director Carli Stark for a conversation about the state of clemency in Minnesota and an informal Q&A about the new process.
